Ian Bruce
Spanning over thirty years in the folk world, Ian Bruce delivered two sets of stunning songs. The repertoire included a smattering of Burns, such as The Lassie iu' the Lintwhite Locks and Green Grow the Rashes, as well as many of his own compositions including The Touch and the Go and Sweet Fallen Angels.
Ian gave us one song, acquired from Steven Clark but delivered in the Bruce style, entitled All Jock Tamson's Bairns are Coming Hame.
A great singer, with a remarkably eclectic mix of material. It was indeed a memorable night.
