Rosie Stewart, the lass from Co. Fermanagh
Rosie Stewart, the lass from Co. Fermanagh, was the most recent guest at the club and entertained us with a selection of Irish songs from her vast repertoire, which ranged from stately ballads delivered in her own inimitable style to comedic reflections of life in the Emerald isle.
This week Jez Lowe, that incomparable singer /songwriter from Easington Colliery, will entertain us with a selection of songs/tunes of his own which is sure to go down well. Jez is one of the finest performers of his generation, and from past experience, it is a night not to be missed, come early.
