tynefolk at Whitby Folk Festival
A substantial number of tynefolk regulars descended on Whitby for the Annual Whitby Folk Week.
The weather held fair (well alright, Friday was a bit damp) and everyone seems to have had a rewarding and enjoyable week.
Attached are a few photos which record our presence.
Jim Mageean, who along with Graeme Knights, runs the Endeavour Shanty sessions was honoured with the tynefolk Wall for the Homeward Bound session on the Friday, with no less than eleven tynefolk regulars giving their support.
It should noted that the shanty sessions raised in excess of £1,800 for the Whitby Lifeboat.
